For years, I felt like I was constantly on edge…

- One comment could ruin my entire day, I took everything to heart.
- My mind never stopped racing, stuck in endless 'what ifs' and worst-case spirals.
- I was emotionally drained, trying to hold it all together after a painful diagnosis.
